Hello,
Here comes the revision time again!
1. According to your context, I think your first sentence is to express that this summer vacation is the most boring one you've experienced. Thus, it should be: "This summer vacation is the most boring one (that) I can thought of." or "This summer vacation is the most boring one I have ever had."
Note: the usage of "think" :
(i) S + think + (that) + sentence
(ii) S + think of + st./sb.+as+adj.
(iii)S + think + sb. + (to be)+adj.
2. Since this experience is about you yourself, so the subject of your second sentence can be "I." Also, "in the time" can be omitted because "at school" already suggests "the time at school." And, "evening" should have an article, namely, "in the evening."
3. To make your expression more clear, you can add "us" in the third sentence to make it become: "In the past, my family would take a trip with us children ON (not "in") vacations (use plural form).
4. To say that you have been to many countries, you should use this expression: S + have/has + been to + place(s). Therefore you should write: "...I have been to many many ("different" can be omitted since the idea of "different" is suggested in "many")countries."
5. On account of the fact that you have been to many countries in the past, "memory" can be transformed into the plural from, along with the subject: "Those were wonderful memories."
6. In the sentence "But now I have to take classes to face AN exam that is...," since the relative "that" already means "exam," you don't have to add "the test" after it, though your sentence is not wrong grammatically. You can write: "But now...a exam that is to test (use verb here) the basic ability of students (remember to use plural forms when a noun is not anteceded by an article.) "
7. When we want to express "work hard on study," you can just say: "I have to work hard on (not "in")my study" or "I have to study hard."
