Whenever I have to take a test, I would prepare it when I am in happy mood and in last night. I usually drag my preparation out for a very long time. During this time, I would probably don't have enough dedicate to prepare it. Meanwhile, I can't do anything else in that I am always nervous about the test. Finally, I still have to stay up. From such an experience, I have learned taking plans is necessary to succeed in test.

Greetings,
This composition is basically of little problems, only the following few points:
1. "...I would prepare it when I am in happy mood and in last night." Mood is a countable noun and can have an article (I missed to point it out on Thursday), and to express that you prepare a test late at night, it is "late" that should be used, not "last." So the revised sentence is: "...I would prepare it when I am in a happy mood and in late night."
2. "...I would probably don't have enough dedication to prepare it." Since "would" is already an auxiliary verb, you don't need "do" (also an auxiliary verb) after "would." Besides, we say we don't have "something," so "dedicate" should be transformed into its noun-form, "dedication"; however, in this context, "resolution" or "determination" would better serve the situation.
See you tomorrow!
Terence
