In my life, friendship is a high position, especially in my junior and senior high school days. I believe that a person's accomplishment is formed by his/her peers. But waht groups are good? Maybe we have to choose wisely because bad groups will affect our relationship badly in the future.

2. The range "generation" covers is too large; you can use "peer" instead, and thus the second sentence should be: I believe that a person's accomplishment is [formed/shaped] by his/her peers.
3. "Because" is a conjunction, i.e., the word that "connects" two sentences, and cannot be use solely. Hence, your last sentence should be: Maybe we have to choose wisely because bad [groups] will affect [our] relationship [badly] in the future.
Reading as a whole, there is no big problem regarding your grammar. Pay heed to the small but equally important usages will make your writing better. Besides, try to add more details to your composition!
